 Our Property Turnover Procedures consist of 3 equally important components. The process begins with getting the property rent-ready. To accomplish this, we perform a 64-Point Pre-Leasing Inspection and determine any needed work. Then a Tenant Move-In Inspection is performed and finally at the end of the tenure with us we perform a Move-Out Inspection
